This treatment harmonizes and balances the energy based on the law of the 5 Element in Chinese medicine. The response of each individual to stress depends on their constitution, history, and situation. Traditional Herbal Medicine

We will cover ailments and how to treat them from the indigenous herbal medicine point of view - formulating tinctures, creams, and syrups. Also, you will learn which homeopathic and Bach flower remedies are appropriate. Taught by Elena Ochoa, who studies more than 5 years with renowned indigenous healer, Vicenta Villalba, "Doña Vicenta".

Meditation

Meditation is a method of recognizing and being aware of the inherent completeness of each moment. It is not a matter of cultivating or finding something you don't have, but of being aware of what you already have (Tenzin Wangyal Rimpoche). Elena is an authorized Umdze (meditation leader) from the Bon Buddhist Lineage. Elena has been a practitioner since 1997.
